Well after going out for Tiff's BDay the night before, Wednesday was a little bit of an off day for me. I still felt pretty solid by the afternoon so I did the CrossFit Endurance Rowing WOD for the day.

4min on, 3min off
2min on, 30sec off
1min on, 3min off
2min on, 30 sec off
4min on. Done!
