Thursday was a solid off day, especially since I needed it. Friday saw a solid Oly Total with plenty of room for improvement. Saturday I PR'd my Snatch Balance and had a great Team WOD. Sunday was another good off day. Today I bought some Vibram Fivefinger KSOs...it's been a good few days!

Snatch was #5 down from my PR and felt a little slow, but it was a good lift. C&J was #10 down from my PR, the Clean was awesome, the Jerk was legit, but my footwork SUCKED! I keep landing heavy jerks too narrow & end up walking them all over. Sounds like an invitation to get back to Performance Menu for 3-4 weeks!
