Today was a somewhat lazy Monday and my main focus was honing my cooking skills a little. Made some delicious paleo dishes...Breakfast was a egg & veggie scramble and turkey bacon with some almond butter and a banana, Lunch was simply turkey, macadamia nuts & clementines, Dinner was salmon with a spring greens salad on the side with home made vinaigrette and an apple for desert...throw in a Lara Bar and a little turkey pepperoni for a snack this afternoon. Overall a good day with a little heavy lifting and a PR in the mix.
