Another amazing week off to a start. I don't know if it's the awesome weather, good eating, decent rest or all of the above, but I'm feelin great. Things are running smoothly in all aspects of life and I'm doing my best to keep them that way. My brother Jon and I are working on some big new things to bring more clients in and offer even better service to our existing clients. Today's workout was awesome, running felt great in the 60+ degree sunny weather!
