After an off day on Thursday, Friday brought another visit to CrossFit Chicago and another awesome WOD there. I love having 2 gyms that feel like home! Saturday morning was a great WOD via Curt that kicked a lot of people's butt in a good way! Today was a great Sunday with family and friends and I couldn't ask for a better end to the weekend.
