Earning my Rest Days

(Kettlebell swings got tough, but I wasn't pushing myself as hard as I should have. That's how I know it's time for a rest day!)
Overall I'm feeling good, but sore. Time to take a day to recover my body and get back into things.
I'm currently on hour 7 of my 1st attempt at an Intermittent Fast...only 13 hours to go! I'm feeling pretty good so far and so long as I stay out of my kitchen I'm doing just fine with cravings.
