So what's your excuse for not making it to the gym today? We had plenty of members at CrossFit Tri-Cities nursing injuries and other issues today and yet they all made it and gave it their all. Can't make it to the gym? ...do some tabata squats in your living room! There is never an excuse for not doing 5 minutes of something to improve your health and wellness every day. Find your motivation and hold on to it when you lose your way! Keep your head up and keep pushing forward. This is one of the philosophies I live my life by and try to pass on to my family, friends and clients everyday.
Today's WOD got modified a little because yesterday's 5K resulted in a nasty blister on the arch of my left foot. It's in an odd spot, so I don't know how I managed to get it, but I'll push through it.
