Well after a busy week and a crazy weekend...I'm back!
This past weekend saw some great performances from everyone in the CrossFit Tricities DT Challenge. I think almost everyone put up a better time than their attempt 8 weeks ago. It's so nice to see that our programming and hard work are paying off! I wasn't able to compete 8 weeks ago because of my nagging back injury, so my only goal was to be able to attempt the workout this time. I did it prescribed at #155 and since my last attempt in July I set a PR by 3:10...I guess there's something to be said for getting stronger! Deadlifts were fairly easy, Hang Power Cleans were the worst part, and Push Jerks were much easier than the last time I attempted this workout.
