

CrossFit Kids...Havin Fun & Gettin Healthy!
Another day, some more PRs! After last weeks bench pressing I decided to give it another go today and was rewarded with a #5 PR after not attempting a 1RM in over a year. I'll take it! Jon G. PR'd his Split Jerk by #15 at #215 and a lot of CrossFit Tricities members hit great numbers today as well. Inspired people do great things and it's an honor to work with and around them!
