I've taken Mark Rippetoe's advice and learned how amazing squating stupid heavy is! Didn't get to do any conditioning today because of a busy afternoon, but at least I PR'd my 5 Rep Back Squat!

Not bad considering my 1RM was #285 a little over a year ago!
